DAYTONA 500 JAM SET FOR
FEBRUARY 18, 2001 AT STAFFORD MOTOR SPEEDWAY

(Stafford Springs, CT)---With the 2000 NASCAR Winston Cup season finished, teams are already looking forward to and planning for the 2001 Daytona 500. Stafford Motor Speedway is also looking forward to the Daytona 500 because on February 18, 2001, for the fourth consecutive year, Stafford Motor Speedway will host its annual Daytona Jam, "The Ultimate Daytona 500 Viewing Party."

The 2001 Daytona Jam will be held at the Fair Grounds Banquet Facility, located on the grounds of Stafford Motor Speedway. The Daytona 500 viewing social will feature the "Great American Race" on multiple screens throughout the banquet hall, featuring BOSE surround sound and a large projection screen.

In addition to the on-track action, the Fair Grounds will offer a delicious buffet meal to go along with an afternoon of cheering your favorite driver as well as the services of a cash bar. There will also be door prizes awarded, consisting of various NASCAR and Stafford Motor Speedway merchandise.
