Tom Sutcliffe found most of his success at West Haven, but also raced at the Eastern States Exposition Fairgrounds and won much of the Riverside Park Speedway Sportsman Bonus Money when he became a Riverside Regular after the close of West Haven.  Tommy also raced in many of the Tuesday Night Riverside Sportsman races in the early 60's.
